Tallis Wood Wellbeing Returns

ARC supports people to access and engage with the outdoors for their mental and physical health and wellbeing.

We are happy to announce we have secured funding to deliver 3 more Woodland Wellbeing courses in 2019.

Tallis Wood Flier

Tallis Wood Wellbeing offers a course of 6 weekly sessions held at a woodland just outside Radford Semele on Wednesdays from 10am til 3pm.

Sessions aim to help you to:

  • Connect more deeply with the natural world, other people and yourself
  • Grow in confidence and self esteem
  • Feel supported and work towards personal goals

You should aim to commit to the 6 week course. If you enjoy it you can continue onto a second 6 week course.

In 2019 we are running a Taster Session on 5th June. The course will run 12th June – 17th July

Please get in touch to take part.
