Connect with nature, grow your confidence and build your self esteem while being supported to work towards your wellbeing goals
Tallis Wood Wellbeing offers a course of 8 weekly sessions (10am til 3pm) held at a woodland just outside Radford Semele. The course aims to help participants to:
● Connect more deeply with the natural world, other people and themselves ● Grow in confidence and self esteem ● Feel supported and work towards personal goals
To experience all the benefits these sessions offer, we ask that you commit to completing the entire 8-week course.
Tallis Wood Wellbeing runs the courses at a woodland just outside Radford Semele. Each
session is held between 10 am and 3 pm.
These courses run 3 times per year. Our final course for 2023 starts on 6th Sept and finishes 25th October
