Creative Wellbeing in Nature Course 2023

ARC supports people to access and engage with the outdoors for their mental and physical health and wellbeing.

Since 2021 ARC have been delivering Arts & Nature courses in partnership with Escape Arts. Participants will be in a small group and go on a creative wellbeing journey involving connection, visual meditations, forest bathing, singing and seasonal crafts using natural materials.

Our next course will be on a Saturday morning in the beautiful Packmores Community Garden in Warwick.

This course is for adults and open to anyone who has not previously attended this course or is currently attending one of ARC’s other Wellbeing in Nature services.

Starting on Saturday 10th June and finishing on 15th July. This is a 6 week course with sessions last for 2 hours on a Saturday morning 10am – 12noon. It is FREE to attend however places are limited so we ask people to try to commit to the full 6 weeks.

For details about the course and location or to register a place please contact kristie@arccic.co.uk or visit the Recovery and Wellbeing Academy Website.
