ARC Seeks New Directors / Trustees
ARC – Achieving Results in Communities – has an exciting opportunity for Directors / Trustees to join our vibrant organisation at an exciting moment.
In our 15th anniversary year, we intend to convert from a CIC (Community Interest Company) to a charity (CIO – Charitable Incorporated Organisation). We would love your help in making that transition and beyond!
ARC’s mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals, communities and the environment in Warwick District through nature connection activities. We engage over 650 adults and children each year and maintain eight woodland and garden sites.
We are looking for two to three new Directors who would become Trustees once we are a charity. We are particularly looking for any or all of the following attributes or experience:

Representing the diversity of our local community or under-represented groups

Passion and commitment to fulfilling our mission

Charity governance
-
Corporate / individual fundraising
-
Wellbeing and Nature themes
This is a voluntary role and quarterly meetings take place face to face in Leamington Spa. References will be sought prior to appointment.
