New Woodland Wellbeing Courses at Tallis Wood in 2025
ARC are pleased to announce funding from South Warwickshire Place for three 7-week Woodland Wellbeing Courses in 2025. These courses are aimed at people experiencing poor mental or physical health, loneliness or on an addiction recovery journey. The courses provide an opportunity to connect more deeply with nature, with other people and with yourself. The longer sessions and course format allow time for reflection on your personal wellbeing journey, exploring new strategies for improving your wellbeing, experiencing deep nature connection, and socialising with others around a campfire.
All sessions are Wednesdays 10am til 3pm. The course dates are as follows. The first week can be treated as a taster session with no obligation to continue the course.
- 26th February to 9th April
- 4th June to 16th July
- 3rd Sept to 15th Oct
- We will hold a celebration event for all course participants on 22nd October.
The course location is near Radford Semele outside Leamington Spa. Free transport can be provided from Leamington Station to the woodland. To find out more or book a place on any of these courses please contact kath@arccic.co.uk / 07814 605245 for more details.
