Achieving Results in Communities

Packmores Outdoor Wellbeing

ARC supports people to access and engage with the outdoors for their mental and physical health and wellbeing.

In November 2020, we started delivering some Outdoor Wellbeing Sessions working in partnership with the Packmores Community Centre in Warwick.

Taking place on a Thursday between 10am – 12, sessions focused on the Five Ways to Wellbeing – Connect * Be Active* Take Notice* Keep Learning * Give.

We have started gardening the site, learnt to make wreaths and other seasonal crafts.

Activities support mental health and general wellbeing through spending time in nature and meeting new people. The group is for adults and open to everyone in the CV34 area.

We are now continuing to deliver in January and February. Sessions are run in a Covid safe environment as part of the support group exemptions for meeting. Places are limited and pre-booking required. Please contact Kristie: kristie@arccic.co.uk / 07906 262 364 or message our Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/packmorecentre
