Transform @ Tallis Wood

ARC supports people to access and engage with the outdoors for their mental and physical health and wellbeing.

Transform @ Tallis Wood

ARC has received funding to pilot a new approach to supporting people struggling with mental or physical health, or in addiction recovery.
We will be running 8 week courses at Tallis Wood, just 2 miles from Leamington, to help participants to set and achieve goals and improve their mental and physical wellbeing.

Participation will lead to: increased self-confidence; improved motivation and ability to work towards life goals; and improved levels of connection with self, others and the natural world.
Sessions will run from 10am til 3pm and will involve: woodland maintenance and craft activities; group sharing and mutual support; mindfulness and nature connection.
Transport, food and refreshments will be provided.
Participation is free, but commitment is required to attend for the full course of 8 weeks as far as possible.

We are taking referrals for participants to start the second course in mid April. Please contact Kath Pasteur on 07814 605 245 to find out more. Referrals may come through relevant mental health or addiction recovery agencies, and self referrals will also be accepted.
