The course will run over 7 weeks with a taster day on March 25th – followed by 6 weeks April 15th to May 20th (the gap is due to the Easter break for schools) The weekly sessions on Wednesdays are from 10am til 2.45pm.

The course is held in a beautiful woodland just outside Radford Semele and is aimed at people wanting to improve their mental and physical wellbeing through spending time in nature and personal reflection. It is particularly aimed at those struggling with mental health, feeling lonely / socially isolated or already on an addiction recovery journey.

You will spend time sharing together around a fire, learning about new ways to look at the world and your experiences, as well as connecting with nature around you.

This course shares useful psychological models, personal development tools and deep nature connection practices. We aim to create a culture where participants can challenge the belief that there is ‘something wrong with them’ and instead, through authenticity and vulnerability, carve out a different kind of space where collective learning, growth and healing can take place.

There are opportunities for short walks and woodland tending. We provide a hot vegetarian lunch each session along with hot drinks.

The course location is near Radford Semele and we can provide a free taxi pick up and drop off from Leamington Station if you don’t have your own transport.

The first week can be treated as a taster session, so if it does not suit you then there is no obligation to continue. After the taster day we ask participants to commit to the whole course.
