Achieving Results in Communities (or ARC for short!) are a CIC (Community Interest Company) based in Leamington Spa, Warwick District delivering projects around improving health and wellbeing by encouraging and supporting people to be active outdoors.

We’ve recently conducted a skills audit of our Board (currently 7 members but likely to be 5 soon) and identified some key areas we are lacking in/needing additional support.

We are seeking 2 new members to join our Board of Directors  – ideally with any of the following skills or experiences

Organisational:
– Strategic Planning
– Monitoring and Evaluating our Organisational performance
– EDI (equality, diversity and inclusion)
– Any experience in CIC Management

Mental Health Sector: including experience working in the sector, advocacy or networking.
Environmental Sector: including networks and campaigning, tree planting, woodland management and climate change
Digital / Brand/Advocacy: Following a recent (2023) website refresh we are seeking support in strategy and leadership, management and brand awareness
Fundraising support: operationally we are successful at fundraising, however we would like to develop options such as trading income streams, corporate or trust funding, and social investment.
